Are agencies like Aimers actually better at Meta Ads than modern Advantage+ campaigns?
I’ve been using Meta’s Advantage+ automated campaigns for the last six months. They were working great, but performance has hit a plateau recently, and I feel like I have zero visibility into what’s actually driving sales. I’m considering handing off our account to a specialized Facebook Ads agency like Aimers. Does an agency still provide value when Meta’s algorithms are so "smart," or are they just going to press the same buttons I am?

I was in a very similar position. Advantage+ delivered solid results initially, but once performance plateaued, I realized automation alone wasn't enough. The agency I worked with focused on improving conversion tracking, testing new creative concepts, refining audience signals, and optimizing landing pages instead of simply changing campaign settings. Those improvements gave Meta better data to work with, which eventually lowered our CPA and improved lead quality. In my experience, a good agency complements the algorithm rather than replacing it. If you're considering Aimers, their Facebook Ads services are worth reviewing: https://aimers.io/services/facebook-ads-agency
