accessAI_tech is an artist-led collective that experiments at the intersection of technology and fashion. The images, videos, AI-generated assets, and large-language-model outputs showcased here are solely the creative work of the individual contributors who produced them; they do not constitute the official views, services, or guarantees of any incorporated entity.

1 Scope & Status

All images, videos, avatars, AI-generated assets, text, and large-language-model (LLM) outputs on our Instagram channels and linked portfolios are experimental showcases only. As of 14 May 2025 we have not earned revenue from these works. Future commercial activity may change this status without notice.

2 Contributors

Creative assets are produced by independent contractors who set their own schedules, tools, and rates under written agreements. Nothing herein creates an employment relationship.

3 Talent & Publicity Rights

Third-party names, marks, or music appear solely for identification under the principles of nominative fair use and without suggestion of sponsorship.

4 Intellectual Property

Contributors retain copyright (where it exists) in their original works.
Final AI outputs are licensed non-exclusively to both the contributor and accessAI_tech LLC for unlimited portfolio display. Where U.S. copyright does not subsist in purely machine-generated material, the parties grant each other an equivalent contractual licence.

5 Data, Privacy & Biometrics

Creating an avatar requires ingesting publicly provided imagery. We store assets, delete them on written request, and never sell personal data. We do not capture or retain biometric identifiers except as strictly necessary to render the avatar. Compliance: GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, NY SHIELD, IL BIPA, Pennsylvania privacy laws, EU AI Act (2025), and related regulations.

6 Experimental Technologies & Warranty

Outputs may contain artefacts, inaccuracies, or unintended resemblances or other AI hallucinations, included and not limited to appearance, style even text. Content is provided “as-is,” without warranty of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7 Blog / Forum / Groups Feature

This site’s blog is powered by the Wix Groups and “Add Instagram Post” function, which simply embeds posts created by our Technical Director Taha Gungor and Creative Director May Kim and anyone who signs in on their personal (artistic) Instagram accounts and content. The entries serve as a discussion and showcase of skills—not paid projects, client deliverables, or official company statements.

8 Limitation of Liability

Except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, accessAI_tech LLC and its contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use, interpretation, or re-use of this experimental content.

9 Governing Law & Venue

Except as prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection law, disputes are governed by New York law and heard exclusively in the state or federal courts of New York County.

TL;DR: We’re an artist-run lab mixing AI and fashion. Everything you see is experimental. Models appear with written permission; no one gets paid until you book them. Use at your own risk.
